As most of you know a great result from last weekend in the tournament at Canterbury. Lynx beat the Kingdom of Saudi Arabian team in 3 straight games. You can read the article kindly written by Rob Richardson on VE's website later in the week. There was also a fantastic evening of volleyball at Morgan Stanley on the Monday evening were the Saudi team fired from the defeat at the weekend really wanted to take the Lynx Scalp. 

We of course denied them once again, proving the strength and depth of the club. Our thanks to Tom Middleton and Simon Nelson for their organizational skills and making both tournaments absolutely superb. Again a separate article from the Monday evening will appear on VE's website shortly, and I will try to publish to the LVA site in London ASAP. 

My sincere thanks to all members of the club who attend both tournaments and helped to make them such great occasions and drive the sport further. I know you all had a great time, well played to everyone who managed to attend.
