| ABOUT THE NEWSLETTER |
Started in 1995, the newsletter has become the premier online information source for grass root volleyball in the UK & Ireland. The circulation has grown at a phenomenal rate in recent years, despite not having a single employee. Coverage began in 1995 with sponsorship from the South West Volleyball Association, the site provided quick and easy access to the latest SWVA league results, league tables and covered the various local leagues and tournaments in the area. In 1996 sponsorship was withdrawn and we became independent as the South West Notice Board. |
| During 1997 and 1998, the fortnightly news letter continued to increased in circulation, with members joining from all parts of the country. In 1999 we decided to go National and form The Volleyball Newsletter, with national news, volleyball articles, tournament schedules, readers letters, and related links. The Volleyball Newsletter continues to provide the best online independent grass root volleyball news for the UK and Ireland. |  |
